Step-by-step workflow

Follow this guide to manage your containers from start to finish.

Your dashboard shows all containers organized by status: Planning, Ordering, Loading, Sealed, In Transit, and Delivered. Create a new container with the + button — pick a name, container type, and start date.

When creating a product, search for existing suppliers by shop number. If it's a new supplier, click New to create one on the spot — you only need the shop number and phone. You can take a photo of their business card for OCR auto-fill.

Use Quick mode in the market — just reference, quantity, price, and photo. Switch to Full mode at your desk for materials, colors, sizes, and measurements. Each product gets an auto-generated barcode (EAN-13).

In the container view, generate a shared link for each customer. Send it via WhatsApp — they can see their products, confirm them, or request changes. You'll see a yellow post-it indicator when changes are pending.

When a client requests a change (quantity, status, or cancellation), you'll see it in the product detail. You can accept or reject with a reason. The full history is visible to both parties.

Export your container to Excel for the full cubicaje (weight, volume, quantities). Generate PDF purchase orders per supplier. Download all product photos as a ZIP.

Move your container through stages as work progresses: Planning (adding products) → Ordering (placing orders) → Loading (packing) → SealedIn TransitDelivered.

How to review your products

Your agent will send you a link via WhatsApp. No download or account needed.

Click the link your agent sends via WhatsApp. It opens in your browser — no app needed, no login required. You'll see all your products in the container with photos, prices, and totals.

Each product shows the reference, description, quantity, unit price, and total amount. Tap any product to see full details including the barcode.

At the bottom of each product, you can: change the status to Confirmed or Canceled, request a different quantity, and add a comment explaining your request.

Below each product you'll see the full history of requests and responses — who asked for what, and whether it was accepted or rejected with the reason. Everything stays documented.
